With a lifelong passion for the outdoors, Chad grew up farming, hunting, and fishing. As the youngest of five children, he learned the value of hard work and mechanics from a young age. After spending nearly 20 years in the plastics industry, he embraced a new chapter in Tennessee in the spring of 2023. Chad graduated from our manage-to-own program, marking a significant achievement in his career journey.
Chad has been happily married for 24 years and is a proud father of four children, ranging from 13 to 21 years old. He cherishes time spent with his family, whether coaching sports, enjoying outdoor activities, or supporting his children in wrestling and cheerleading.
When not working, Chad enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping, as well as attending his children's sports events. He feels incredibly blessed and is excited about the future he continues to build with his loved ones.
