He began his career as a driver and steadily advanced into supervisory and senior management roles, where he oversaw teams, streamlined operations, and built new locations from the ground up into thriving businesses. These experiences gave him the hands-on knowledge and confidence to successfully take on franchise ownership, where his focus is on delivering dependable service and building long-term customer relationships.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys summers in Rochester, NH with his two children, Brooklyn and Jaxson, where they spend time camping and making family memories.
